  • J-TRIP GLOBAL offers the following payment methods:

    *Lump-sum payment only. Please note that installment payments and bonus payments are not available.

  • You can find your Itinerary on our website on our 'MY-TRIP' page.
    You can log in 'MY-TRIP' using your reservation number and the phone number registered at the time of booking.

  • The cancellation fees vary depending on your travel itinerary. Customers with existing reservations can check the cancellation Policy from MY-TRIP.

Online Reservation

  • It varies depending on the plan. In many cases, it is until 17:00 two days before the start of your trip (local time), counted from the day before your travel begins.

  • J-TRIP GLOBAL does not have a physical store and all bookings can only be made through our J-TRIP website.

  • All tours are subject to their local time zones.

  • For large groups, you can sellect 2 or more rooms in Room selection, and find hotels that have two or more of the same room type.

  • We do not currently offer airfares as part of our Packages. If you would like to purchase flights, please book directly through the airline website.

  • The authentication code needed during the reservation process is sent to your registered email address simultaneously when you press the submit button. Even if there is a time lag before you receive it, typically, you should get it within a few minutes. If you haven't received it after five minutes or more, please check the following:

    ・Confirm that your email address is correct.
    ・Check your spam or junk mail folder.

Your Booking/Itinerary

  • You will receive a booking confirmation email once your booking has been successfully processed by our system. Please note that it may take a few minutes for the email to be delivered to your inbox, if you do not receive it in your inbox within 15 minutes of booking, please check your spam folder.

  • You can find your Itinerary on our website on our 'MY-TRIP' page.
    You can log in 'MY-TRIP' using your reservation number and the phone number registered at the time of booking.

  • Unfortunately, Changes to your reservation are not possible. Please cancel your current reservation and make a new one. Please note that due to room availability, it may not be possible to rebook the same details. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment

  • J-TRIP GLOBAL offers the following payment methods:

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer installments payment.

  • If you are unable to make a credit card payment, the following reasons may be considered:
    If none of these apply, please contact your credit card company directly.
    For privacy reasons, we cannot investigate the specific error with the credit card.

    ・An error in the credit card name input.
    ・An error in the credit card number input.
    ・The credit card has expired.
    ・An error in the security code input.
    ・You are using a credit card brand that is not accepted by our company.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel online 24 hours a day. The online cancellation form is available here.
    *Partial cancellations for some travelers are not allowed. If you wish to decrease or increase the number of people, please cancel the current reservation and make a new one.
    *Please review the details in the 'Cancellation Policy'
